1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Luid Suite ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our services. Luid Suite is a collection of integrated productivity apps operated by an independent developer.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Luid Suite provides access to a collection of web-based productivity applications including:

• TaskLuid - Task and project management
• ResumeLuid - AI-powered resume builder
• LuidKit - Digital utility toolkit
• RoomLuid - AI interior design visualization
• LuidGPT - AI generation toolkit
• LuidSpeak - Language learning through speaking

Access to these apps is provided through a unified subscription via LuidHub.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a free tier with limited features and Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) that unlock full access to all apps. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

3.2 Credits System

AI-powered features are accessed using credits included with your subscription. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit usage varies by feature and is documented on our pricing page.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment information directly.

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Account Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use automated systems to access the services without permission
• Resell or redistribute access to the services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services (resumes, tasks, designs, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the services.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The services, including all software, designs, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Luid Suite and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
